Unsubscribe From Newsletters
Please do not send email
requesting to opt-out of newsletters, please follow the directions
on the bottom of the newsletter you received to remove yourself
from future mailings. We do not publish all newletter mailings,
many of our affiliate send out promotions to internal mailing
lists - which we do not own or have access to. Please follow

What is your return policy? How do I return something?
If you need to return something
you have purchased, please email us for more information and
instructions. Support
Why don’t you accept returns on opened software?
If your product is defective, we will be happy to replace it. If the software is good and you don't like it or it is not compatible with your system, we cannot accept the product back for a refund. The buyer is ultimately responsible for making sure that the software will run on their systems.
Free Shipping Policy
Shipping in the United States will take approximately 7-10 business days. Orders usually arrive sooner, but due to the volume we get on a daily basis it sometimes takes a day or two extra to process.
All orders that use the free shipping method will ship using USPS media mail, First Class rate. Some orders will be upgraded to ship USPS Priority Service.
Customers are responsible for shipping addresses to be correct. Customers who have expired fowarding or bad addresses will be charged for us to re-ship orders.
All lost or stolen orders
using free shipping will have to file a claim. Please email

Clickcooldeals highly recommends using our FEDEX shipping methods. all orders are tracked and insured. This will guarantee 100% delivery and in the event an order is lost in transit we will be able to track.
Fedex Shipping Policy
Customers using the Fedex shipping method will get a tracking # emailed after the order has been accepted. This email usually follows the actual email invoice stating your order was placed and accepted.
All Fedex
orders must be placed by 3PM EST MON/FRI to meet the desired
delivery time picked.
Overnight orders placed on a Friday will not arrive till the Following Monday.

If you tracked your package and the number does not show please allow time for fedex to update the package status in the system. If you still do not get package status, please email us.
